HOW CAN WE HIRE YOU FOR OUR WEDDING?
We ask for a $500 usd deposit to block a date in our calendar. We don't do more than one wedding a day, to have our A-team on site for your special day. The deposit is refundable up until 6 months before the event date, minus any fees incurred for money transfers.
HOW DO WE PAY YOU?
We have three payment methods: PayPal, Wise or wire transfer. For all PayPal payments, we add 6% to help cover fees.
The balance is due 21 days before the event date. If the head count goes down after that, there will be no refunds.
IS THERE A MINIMUM?
Yes, we have a required minimum of 2500 usd for the subtotal (before tax and tip) to be able to offer our catering services.
HOW DO WE TIP THE SERVERS?
We include a 15% tip in the quote, as well as the 16% tax (IVA), so you don´t need to worry about it on your big day.
CAN WE MIX AND MATCH ELEMENTS OF YOUR MENUS?
Yes, of course! All of our menus can be personalized according to your tastes.
CAN WE DO A TASTING, TO TRY THE FOOD?
Yes, absolutely! The tastings cost $100 usd for two people, and include 5 plates; two ceviches, two fish dishes, and a beef dish. The tastings also include all of our specialty cocktails.
The tastings are a set menu, so that you can see the presentation of the plates and see how our food is cooked; of course, taking into account any allergies or dietary requirements, which must be provided to us at least one week before the tasting. If you want to try particular plates that are not part of the set menu, we can send you a personalized quote.
WHAT IS THE "CORKAGE SERVICE" THAT YOUR PROVIDE?
The corkage service costs 30 usd per person for up to 8 hours. You would buy the alcohol, and we bring everything else; glasses, ice, mixers, garnishes, and staff. We even have a bar that we can bring to set up if needed! This is our most popular option for bar service, for the cost as well as the ability to easily tailor the bar menu to your and your guests´ preferences. It also includes two aguas frescas, or fruit juices, for children and guests who don't drink.
WHAT DO YOUR SERVICES INCLUDE?
Our food services include our transportation (up to and including Akumal; any farther from Tulum incurs a travel fee), our kitchen staff, our waitstaff, the food, silverware, and plates. Our bar services include bartenders, other bar staff, glasses, ice, mixers, and garnishes.
